Writing a bio for yourself is a bit like writing your own obituary. What do you write? What do you omit? What do you make sound better that it actually is?
I was born in 1965 in Richmond, Virginia.
My Dad was in the Air Force, so every few years, we packed up and moved. I had been in every state except Alaska and Hawaii by the time I was 10 years old. Traveling in the days before video games and iPods meant I saw a lot of this great country from the back of a pickup truck, with my 3 brothers and the collie all trying to "hold it" until the next rest stop.
Married? Yes ... best decision I ever made. Thank God Lori said "yes".
Two kids, Zachary and Spencer. When Trace Adkins sings "You're Gonna Miss This", I know what he means.
Life is good.
