Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert address marriage trouble buzz

Country couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have laughed off reports their marriage is in trouble by exchanging playful posts on Twitter.

The “Honey Bee” hitmaker, who wed Lambert in 2011, was rumored to have put their relationship in jeopardy after enjoying a fling with a young artist, but instead of lashing out at the false news, Shelton decided to poke fun at the gossip online.

Reaching out to his wife on the micro-blogging website, the fun-loving singer wrote, “Hey @mirandalambert… I just read in a tabloid that our marriage is falling apart! FOCK! (sic).”

Lambert was just as tickled by the claims, responding, “Oh no! Can’t wait to read if we make it or not.”

Shelton has previously used humor to dismiss rumors about his personal life – in November, the pair also tweeted mock surprise at reports suggesting Lambert was pregnant with their first child.
